You’re coming to camp and you’re all registered!

Here’s how you can expedite the check-in process for you and your campers.

  • All forms are due two weeks prior to check-in. The three required forms are “Waiver and Photo Release,” “Health Form,” and “Camper Information Form.” Please check and make sure all of your campers have forms completed in the current calendar year. You can check by…

    • Access your account by clicking “Register/Login” in the top right corner of any page on Camp Luther’s website.

    • Click on your camper’s name to check their forms.

    • Under “Reservations” you can see what camp your camper is registered for.

    • Under “My Forms,” you will see the forms you have completed. Make sure the three required forms listed above say “Complete” with a date in this year.

  • Your balance is due two weeks before your camper arrives at camp. Make sure a check is sent prior to this deadline or pay online.

  • Double-check your emergency contact information, especially if you have moved or changed phone numbers in the last year. You can edit this information in your account (login instructions above).
